Construction Details:

I love the Dark Stalkers designs! I wanted to re-create Talbain's hunchy-posture and snaggle-toothed face and tried to do a moving jaw (failed miserably on the latter). This costume is mostly made from Antron fleece and Monterey Mills fun fur, with some wig-hair for the long blue mane and tail. This costume is remarkably comfortable to wear. I was/am a cosplay nube when I debuted him at AX 2002. I still had a couple of snaps I needed to sew onto the costume, so I missed the construction judging-- sigh. I didn't realize that they would judge the costume in-progress! Got a lot of compliments, but that's it.
