- Construction Details:
- Dress bought from Fan+Friend. Wig styled by s0nified. All original flowers were removed from the hat and dress and replaced with brighter/more vibrant ones.
- Personal Thoughts:
- Because I know you all love this Ciel variation so much, I just HAD to. I was actually quite surprised...it doesn't look that bad...lol.
