Construction Details:

Hand embroidered a lot of the crest on the back. Lots of thick gold bias (vinyl-like ribbon, actually) that terrorized my sewing machine's needles. The choices in blues were difficult and had to be purchased at a special fabric store. Ruffling was different, but fun. Altered a similar McCalls pattern and worked off of that. PockyPrincessDarcy created the small wings and pendant on the front. Completed self-made (minus the shoes and tights). PockyPrincessDarcy also gets credit for the wig. Shiny shiny...

Personal Thoughts:

Summer + layers of faux velvet = Human Sweatball. I think someone almost recognized us, too!!!
